With the old weighbridge module being retired in December, now is the time to explore the capabilities of the new system. Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes
Handling hazardous waste just got simpler! With our new consignment notes feature, you can now accurately record hazardous waste and download consignment notes with ease. This update ensures compliance and makes it easy to manage and document these critical details.
Customer Portal V1
We’re excited to introduce our Customer Portal V1, a game-changer for account customers. Your customers can now log in to download waste transfer notes, pay invoices, and view job details – all from one convenient location. We’ll be rolling out the portal gradually, helping you provide a more transparent and seamless experience for your clients.
Price Bands
You can now set up custom price bands that are shared between account customers. These prices automatically apply to jobs, giving you the ability to offer tailored pricing for different customer groups. It’s an ideal solution for businesses looking to offer segmented pricing with ease.
Skip/Service Special Instructions
Improve communication with our new special instructions feature for skips and services. Now, you can add specific instructions, even down to the type of waste, that will appear during job creation. It’s an excellent way to remind your team of any unique requirements or questions to ask customers.
Skip Door Option
Customisation continues with the ability to set a door option for each skip size. When you create a job, you can specify the door direction so your drivers and customers know exactly what to expect – improving job accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Customer Payment Terms
Managing customer payment terms is now easier than ever. Our updated system lets you set specific payment terms for each account customer, ensuring clarity and consistency in your financial arrangements.
Customer SIC Code
To support accurate reporting, you can now assign SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) codes to individual customer records. These codes are pulled through to jobs, enabling better tracking and categorization of industry-specific data.
Customer Purchase Order Requirement
Does your customer require purchase order numbers? Now, you can indicate this in their individual account records. This small but powerful addition ensures that every job meets customer-specific requirements for accurate billing and record-keeping.
New Customer Fields
We’ve added multiple new fields to the Customer Database, allowing you to capture even more relevant information about your customers. From business-specific details to personal preferences, these new fields give you greater flexibility in data management.
Customer On Stop
Manage overdue accounts with ease using the new “Customer On Stop” setting. You can mark an account customer as “On Stop,” ensuring your team is aware of any restrictions on new jobs until the account is up-to-date.
