How do you find using SkipM8 and how does it compare to your old system?
SkipM8 is extremely easy to use! We’ve moved from an outdated and complex system to SkipM8 which is modern and more up-to-date with features that we can benefit from. For example, automated customer email notifications that are sent to the customer with Waste Transfer Notes attached as PDFs. Before we would have to manually email every customer, whereas now SKIPM8 handles that for us automatically.
SkipM8 comes with dashboards that pull data from our Skip Hire, Weighbridge and Waste Out, giving us a detailed overview of how the business is performing. We can quickly find what we’re looking for and give Johnny the much needed overview he needs.
How has SkipM8 improved your daily skip management operations?
We can now see exactly where every skip is! Using the SkipM8 Map, we can see where they are with a pin on a map. Clicking on a pin will then give us the details of who the skips with, how long they’ve had it and whether it’s due for a collection or an exchange.
Drivers can now manage their assignments from their phone. We can easily assign deliveries and collections to drivers without needing them to come into the office to grab waste transfer notes.
Waste Transfer Notes and order confirmations are sent directly to the customer via email from SkipM8. This saves us a lot of time and office admin.
SkipM8 has everything we need all in one system. We no longer need to swap between our skip hire system and weighbridge.
How do you find customer support and training?
The SkipM8 support and training has been extremely good. They have always been helpful and answer all our questions whenever we need them. They’re also willing to come in and help with training when we need it, which is something we never got with our original system provider.
