How an aggregate delivery works
- Add the materials you sell, such as Type 1 or ballast, with a price per tonne and each supplier's cost.
- Take the order on a booking, loading from your own yard or a supplier's quarry.
- Assign the delivery to a driver on the dispatch board, with the vehicle they are driving that day.
- The driver records the weights, a photo and the customer's signature in the SkipM8 driver app.

Common questions
What if a lorry breaks down mid-morning?
Change the driver's vehicle for the day on the dispatch board. Their unfinished jobs move to the new vehicle, while completed jobs and any job you gave a vehicle by hand keep theirs.
Can a facility collect a load from our yard instead?
Yes. Record the outbound load as collected by the customer. It is not put on the dispatch board, the weights and signature are recorded at your yard, and the facility can have its own rates for loads it collects.
Can drivers do their vehicle walk-round checks in the app?
Yes, on Starter and above. Drivers work through a checklist for their kind of vehicle, and any defect stays on record until the office records how it was put right.
Which plans include sending waste on to other sites?
Recording loads sent to disposal and recovery sites is on every plan. Recording loads other carriers tip at your site is on Grow and above.
