A finance overview shows the last 12 months invoiced, paid and outstanding, what's overdue and how your customers pay.

- Catch work booked but not yet invoiced, and check the payment status of every completed job.

Keep your waste records ready for DEFRA
See the tonnes of waste collected by waste type over any period, with a warning where loads are missing weights, so gaps get filled.
Since October 2026, permitted waste sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland must record each receipt of waste on DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking Service. The DEFRA submissions report lists every receipt you've sent, with the tracking ID DEFRA gave it, and shows which were corrected and sent again.

- Choose a date range and narrow it down with the report's filters.
